Овој проект е квадратна просторна рамка / висина 16 метри / вкупна должина 30 метри / вкупен распон 18 метри

1. Поставувањето на челичната просторна рамка мора да се изврши по прифаќањето на оската на долната конструкција и вградената табла.Барањата за долниот потпор се: висинска разлика помеѓу соседните носачи (растојание L2): помалата вредност од L2/800 и 10mm, на иста кота Висинска разлика помеѓу највисоката и најниската потпора: 20mm;

г.Откријте го отклонувањето на решетката според спецификациите и барањата за дизајн.По изградбата, отклонот на челичната просторна рамка не треба да биде поголем од 115% од пресметаната вредност на дизајнот.(Максимална вредност на отклонување на решетката рамка L/250)

4. Ако локално има топчиња за заварување, заварувањето со жлеб се користи за заварување на топката за заварување и шипката, а степенот на споеви за заварување не треба да биде помал од втор степен.

If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
